Had a great experience working with Skyworks Unlimited! Charles was the rep we worked with, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Communication was excellent, everything was handled professionally, and you could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like that nowadays. Highly recommend Skyworks Unlimited, and definitely ask for Charles if you get the chance! 5 stars!

★★★★★ Excellent work, great price, and a really impressive range of services

I recently had Skyworks Unlimited take care of several exterior maintenance jobs for me, including cleaning my solar panels, windows, and roof. I was extremely happy with the results.
What really stood out to me was the price compared with other companies I contacted. The total cost was roughly three-fifths of what I was being quoted by comparable companies, while the quality of the work was still excellent. Getting multiple exterior maintenance services handled by one company also made the whole process much easier.
The windows came out noticeably cleaner, the solar panels looked great afterward, and having the roof cleaned at the same time made the property look substantially better overall. I especially appreciate companies that actually focus on doing the job instead of trying to turn every service call into a sales pitch.
I did some research on Skyworks after using them and found that they are based right here in Signal Hill and serve properties throughout Southern California. Their listed services go well beyond ordinary window washing, including solar-panel cleaning, pressure washing, exterior house cleaning, gutter cleaning, hard-water removal, commercial exterior maintenance, and specialized rope-access work.

They also advertise professional certifications including IRATA, SPRAT and IWCA, which are particularly relevant to exterior work involving heights and difficult-to-access areas.

Another thing I noticed while researching them is that their existing customer feedback repeatedly mentions punctuality, communication, attention to detail, fair pricing and professionalism. Those themes matched my own experience, particularly the value I received for the amount of work that was done.

For me, the biggest takeaway is simple: I got several jobs done at once, the property looked dramatically better afterward, and I paid considerably less than the prices I was seeing elsewhere.
If you're in the Long Beach, Signal Hill, Los Angeles or surrounding Southern California area and need windows, solar panels, roof/exterior cleaning or other exterior maintenance, I'd definitely recommend getting a quote from Skyworks Unlimited and comparing it with the other estimates you're considering.
Thanks to Charles and the Skyworks Unlimited team for the great work! 👍🏠☀️🪟

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Service Ever!

I can’t say enough great things about Skyworks Unlimited and the outstanding service they provided for our high-rise exterior building maintenance in Los Angeles. From beginning to end, their team was professional, punctual, efficient, and incredibly easy to work with.

Skyworks Unlimited handled several exterior building services for us, including waterproofing, high-rise window cleaning, leak inspections, pressure washing, and exterior building maintenance. The quality of their work was excellent, and their attention to detail really stood out. They thoroughly inspected problem areas, helped identify potential sources of leaks, and made sure the work was completed properly and efficiently.

What impressed us most was their commitment to safety and professionalism. Their technicians are SPRAT and IRATA certified, and you can tell they take rope-access safety seriously. When you’re dealing with exterior maintenance on high-rise buildings, having a knowledgeable and properly trained team is extremely important. They worked safely and efficiently while maintaining a very high standard of workmanship.

Communication was another huge plus. The owner is genuinely one of the nicest people you could ask to work with — professional, responsive, straightforward, and a pleasure to deal with. We were kept informed throughout the process, everything was handled on schedule, and there were no unnecessary headaches or surprises.

Their pricing was also excellent, especially considering the quality of service, expertise, safety standards, and scope of work they provided. It’s not easy to find a company that combines great pricing, excellent communication, high-rise expertise, and quality workmanship, but Skyworks Unlimited delivered on all of it.

If you’re looking for a reliable company for high-rise building maintenance in Los Angeles, commercial waterproofing, rope access services, high-rise window cleaning, exterior leak inspections, pressure washing, or exterior building maintenance, I highly recommend Skyworks Unlimited.

We had an excellent experience and would absolutely use them again. Five stars all around for service, safety, communication, quality, and value!

We recently hired Skyworks Unlimited for a massive exterior overhaul of our commercial property, and their team exceeded every expectation. They tackled high-powered pressure washing across our entire parking lot and building, performed spotless exterior window washing, cleaned out all the rooftop rain gutters, and painted the fascia boards. Beyond how sharp and refreshed the property looks, what stood out most was their efficiency and strict dedication to job-site safety. They possess all the necessary rope-access and safety certifications, were fully insured, and worked seamlessly without disrupting our tenants or daily operations.
